Nope. All copy and design assets must be provided. I do, however, include thorough guidance on what copy to include. If you need extra copy support, I'm happy to provide referrals.

As for custom development, no. Instead, I will recommend using a paid Shopify theme to maximize the theme's functionalities and features without having to use additional apps or code customizations.

Absolutely! I not only focus on providing you with a well-designed Shopify site, but I also make sure that all the backend settings are properly setup and checked off.

No, they are not. I can suggest the best theme for your product-based business if you decide to switch themes. If you decide to go with a paid theme, it must be paid for and provided by you.

This means I will build/re-design your website with the following SEO basics in mind:

• Proper headline hierarchy

• Connect your Shopify site to Google Search Console

• Submit site map to Google

• Adding page titles and descriptions to pages

• Adding website meta title, description and social sharing image

• Adding alt text to uploaded images

• Checking color contrast for readability

This does not mean that your Shopify site will be optimized for keywords, but it is available as an add-on.

SEO is an ongoing effort and I'm happy to refer you to an SEO expert should you need ongoing optimization.

I do not specialize in website accessibility so it is your responsibility to follow ADA compliance once the website is handed over. I'm happy to refer your to an accessibility expert or apps that can assist you!

With a VIP Experience, you're booking me for a day, not for a set of deliverables. I'm quick and efficient and I've completed A LOT in a day - so as long as you complete your pre-work, provide feedback quickly, and are decisive on the day of, I'm sure I can tackle it.

Yes, try to block it out. Please select a day where you'll be readily available to review your website for a couple of hours (starting at 9:30am ET and then be present during your revision period (1:30pm ET) with me provide feedback within 10-15 minutes.

Yes! You can choose to pay your eCommerce Sprint upfront or secure your date with a 50% deposit and the other 50% is due a couple of days before our sprint.

Once you book, you'll get access to your client workbook where you'll need to submit your pre-work. Please allow 2 weeks to complete this so you're not rushed. On the 3rd week, we'll hop on a kick-off call . The week after, we’ll have our eCommerce Sprint.

So estimate anywhere between 3-4 weeks.

Your support period gives you 15 days of additional access to me to ask me anything related to your finished project.

This support does not cover additional design or implementation work that exceeds what was done during our sprint or the 1-hr round of edits.
