The Process

Here’s a play-by-play of what happens during your Mini Sprint:

1. BOOK YOUR SPRINT

Pick your date from the calendar (this is when I’ll work on your revisions)
Get access to your eCommerce pre-work with a couple of questions.

2. MINI SPRINT

I work asynchronously on your top 3 pages in a draft theme.
On the Monday before your revision date, you’ll receive an email with a preview link to your website for review.

3. REVISIONS

Jot down your revisions in a shared doc.
On the day that you booked, I'll work on your edits live with you over a 1-hr period on Google Meet.

4. POST-SPRINT SUPPORT

Once revisions are finalized, you’ll get a 15-day unlimited ticket support period for QA/tech hiccups
I’ll also provide a roadmap for continued support.

I'm a Shopify & Klaviyo specialist with 7+ years of experience. I’ve worked with other eCommerce brands - from handmade solopreneurs, to DTC and CPG brands. I know my stuff :)
I also have experience running an eCommerce business so I know all the shortcuts to work faster and more efficiently.

All copy and design assets must be provided. I do include thorough guidance on what to include though. If you need extra copy support, I'm happy to provide referrals.
As for custom development, no. Instead, I will maximize the use of your current sections and blocks found within your theme’s functionality to get the most out of it.
Any custom requests will be billed as an add-on. If you require a more custom solution, this Sprint will not be a good fit - please contact me for a custom quote.
Give yourself at least 1 week to complete your pre-work so that you can work on it at a slow, intentional pace.
No, they are not. Depending on your priorities and goals, I will recommend apps that we can install during your Mini Sprint, depending on your goals.
With a Mini Sprint, you're booking me for 4-5 hours, not for a set of deliverables. I'm quick and efficient and I've completed A LOT in a day - so as long as you complete your pre-work, provide feedback quickly, and are decisive on the day of, I'm sure I can tackle it.

If you want to add more, you’ll have the option to add on an extra half sprint.
Yes. You'll need to be available for about 1-hr in case I need any clarifications. Please select a time and day where you'll be readily available to provide feedback within 10 minutes.
You’ll be able to book with a 50% deposit, and the other 50% is due a couple of days before our Mini Sprint.
Your support period gives you 15 days of additional access to me to ask me anything related to your finished project.
This support does not cover additional design or implementation work that exceeds what was done.
You’ll back the option to book additional Power Hours if you need them as we get closer to BFCM.
